Produced on the rolling Ali Mountain shrouded in clouds and mist, this luscious Taiwanese oolong is grown at an altitude of 1,000 metres above sea level in pristine conditions. Picked and processed towards the end of spring, it is lightly fermented and produces a delicate, floral aroma and the sweet, crystalline flavour of the high

lands.
